euroCRIS Track accepted for the 2020 VIVO annual conference

The proposal for a euroCRIS Track at the forthcoming 2020 VIVO annual conference under the title "VIVO in the euroCRIS Directory of Research Information Systems (DRIS): a growing presence, multiple use cases" has now been accepted. The session has already been allocated a Wed June 17th slot in the event programme.

A second session within the series of euroCRIS webinars in Spanish language for Latin America was held on Wed May 27th under the title "The collection of research information. A case study for the Pure-based Research Information System at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Lima".

Second euroCRIS webinar in Spanish

Following the first webinar in Spanish we held on Apr 23rd, a second one will follow on Wed May 27th. This second webinar is being organiser in collaboration with the Vicerectorate of Research at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL) in Lima (Peru).

TCIS members appointed

As of May 7th, 2020, eleven members have been appointed by the euroCRIS Board as members for the new euroCRIS Technical Committee for Interoperability and Standards (TCIS).

New euroCRIS website in the pipeline

A dedicated internal working group within the euroCRIS Board is working on the new design.

2020 VIVO annual conference announced

The 11th Annual VIVO Conference will be held online from June 16 to 18, 2020.

First euroCRIS webinar

A first-ever euroCRIS webinar in Spanish language was held on Apr 23rd under the title "Introducción a la gestión de la información científica. El proyecto USatCRIS" ("Introduction to Research Information Management: the USatCRIS project").

OpenAIRE announce 'winners' for their Call for Innovators

On Apr 23rd OpenAIRE announced that euroCRIS DRIS+ project was one of the selected bids for funding under their Call for Innovators.
