4Science in Ethiopia to support DSpace-CRIS plans

Even the last days of the year are very demanding for 4Science. In these days we are in Africa to support VLIR-UOS (http://www.vliruos.be/en). VLIR-UOS is a Flemish initiative that supports partnerships between universities in Flanders (Belgium) and in developing countries, looking for innovative responses to global and local challenges.
