Organisation

Membership:

Full (voting) membership: is open to institutions and individuals at a fee. A membership register is maintained online. Affiliate (corresponding) membership is open to interested individuals at a reduced, nominal fee. An affiliate membership is maintained online.

Board [details]:

Board: A board of Executives and the chairpersons of the Task Groups manages euroCRIS.

Executive: the President, Secretary and Treasurer form the Executive delegated to perform tasks as agreed by the Board. Presently there are three additional Executives for Strategy/External Relations, Conferences and Workshops and Technical Meetings.

Secretariat:

Secretariat: a (part-time) permanent position, which is financed from euroCRIS income and sponsorships. The function is subjected to annual review by the Board. The Secretary is appointed by the Board.

Task Groups [details]:

Task Group: a group of euroCRIS members established for the examination and implementation of special topics, for the planning of new activities or for the investigation of immediate short-term problems.
