Survey of OPERAS on the usage of open scholarly communication in Europe

The OPERAS consortium is launching a survey on the usage of open scholarly communication in Europe, in particular in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH). The purpose of the survey is to identify current practices and services that should be developed or invented. It will serve as a basis for defining the future infrastructure OPERAS.

New Deputy TG leader appointments at the CERIF and Architecture Task Group

The arrival of the spring has seen two new appointments in the euroCRIS CERIF and Architecture Task Group: Laurent Rémy (IS4RI) is the new Deputy TG leader CERIF and Andrea Bollini (4Science) is the new Deputy TG leader Architecture in this group which is in charge of the maintenance and further development of the CERIF and CERIF-XML and in developing optimal architectural models to implement CERIF.

The presentations for the euroCRIS SMM held in Athens last Nov are now available at the euroCRIS repository (they were previously hosted at the Helios institutional repository for the Hellenic National Documentation Centre, EKT.
